Ayberk, as a company operating in the field of Construction Contracting industry, has been implementing an efficient and effective quality management system which complies with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
In order to reach the aims determined within this policy, our company shall be liable:
- To establish quality awareness and responsibility culture within the company by means of leadership, communication and also providing trainings for workers and subcontractors,
- To maintain a quality management system which complies with ISO 9001:2000 standards within the company,
- To provide adequate resources including management representative in order to perform the quality targets of the company,
- To control the performance regularly in all levels within the company, to create improvement plans, to report the situations which do not comply with company targets,
- To get the bottom of the problems for all conditions with inefficient performance and to prevent the re-occurrence of the same problem,
- To benefit from a consistent, formal, constant and effective management system for work safety, worker’s health, environment protection, personnel, industrial relations and quality assurance,
- To get in cooperation with suppliers whose environmental targets are as high as ours,
- To perform permanent improvement and enhancement of quality management system by compliance and conformity, and also performance level of this quality.
- All employees of Ayberk Insaat are liable to improve their quality awareness, fulfill their quality responsibilities within their own fields and apply aforementioned quality policy consistently.
